Cutler Hammer Contacts

Here are some Culter Hammer upper and lower stationary main contacts attached to a phenolic board along with the movable contacts with studs. These normally arrive with small circular pads as the contact points. We can repair these with full surface pads on the stationary contacts.

GM-7S Stationary Contact

Here is part of a Westinghouse GM-7S Stationary Contact. We repaired a whole set of these along with the movable stabs recently. The contact tips were replaced and all the hardware was cleaned up. The finished assemblies looked and operated as brand new products.

USCO Switch Repair

Below are before and after shots of a USCO HH6 600 AMP switch. We repair these as well as 1200 AMP versions for various customers. If the copper blades are too burned up, we can make new ones and reuse the cast hardware. We also do our own silver plating using 99.9% pure silver.

GE LG-218 Disconnect Switch Assembly

We mostly do electrical contact repair work here at WW Components, but every once in a while, we get RFQ's on parts that are beyond repair. In some cases, the repair work would be too involved and it becomes less expensive and faster to make new parts from scratch. Such was the case with a recent job we did with a GE LG-218 Disconnect Switch. It was made out of copper with brass and phosphorus bronze hardware. Below are some pictures of the customer's part and the ones we made.

This is the customer's burned up part that was sent in as a sample. The makeup area was completely burned and the silver pivots on the back were ruined from mechanical wear.
