General Electric FKD Contact Set

This is one of the most common types of contacts we work on; the electrical contacts from a General Electric FKD oil circuit breaker. The set above is how they generally come in to our shop. Thirty-six stationary contacts and six small arcing contacts in their aluminum housings and six movable rods make up the set. We completely disassemble, repair the contacts with the proper silver tungsten, and reassemble so they're ready for instillation. Below are the same contacts after we repaired them...

Allis Chalmers BZ-40-A Contacts

Here are some contacts from a set of Allis Chalmers BZ-40-A Oil Circuit Breaker we repaired. The pads on the stationary double contact were burned up. We upgraded from plain copper to the appropriate tungsten contact. The movable rods were also in bad shape, but after our repairs, they look brand new. Westinghouse Size 5 Motor Starters

This is rather common job for us at WW Components; repair of the Westinghouse Size 5 Motor Starter contacts. These often arrive with burned up round pads, but we put on brand new silver tungsten pads with the proper contours. Check out our contact information to the right and give us a call!

Westinghouse DS-416 Arcing Contacts

This is for a Westinghouse DS-416 Circuit breaker. We have three movable arcing contacts and three right-hand and three left-hand stationary arcing contacts. They all have silver tungsten pads and are silver plated. We can repair the contacts from all of the various Westinghouse DS types.

Allen-Bradley 100-Line Motor Starter Contacts

This is a Three-pole set of Allen Bradley 100-Line Motor Starter contacts. They were repaired with silver tungsten pads and silver plated.

GE AK-2-25 Electrical contacts

We manufactured these for a GE AK-2-25 Electrical circuit breaker. Three movable assemblies and six right-hand and six left hand stationary contacts. The pads are silver tungsten.
